Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and monthly accounting tasks and reconciliation of various bank account transactions.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insight to executive management.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the accounting function, including transactions related to the general ledger, reconciliations, revenue, receivables, payables, inventory, and taxation.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow activities and prepare shareholder activities.
- Assist in the coordination of the annual financial statements audit and external statutory audits.
- Assist in the formulation of accounting policies in accordance with the Private GAAP.
- Proactively review current procedures and seek ways to improve them through implementation of new tools and processes.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Skills:
- University Degree specializing in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
- CPA designation
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables), VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Display exemplary ethical behavior when working with confidential documents.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to interact at all organizational levels.
- Good analytical skills
- 3 years of progressive experience in a financial role
