About The Role
KOHO’s Marketing team is looking for an experienced and creative Social Content Creator to join our growing company. This individual — a top-notch writer, who can create videos on the fly and is a master in building relationships— is ready to roll up their sleeves and build out KOHO’s social strategy. This key role will enable us to grow our community online through social channels, our blog, and key touch points.
As our Social Content Creator, you will work closely with our Creative/Brand Director to ensure a consistent tone of voice across our public-facing channels. A grammar nerd to your core, you will be the owner of organic social at KOHO, responsible for content creation, audience growth, user engagement, and ensuring all communications are up to our brand standards. You’ll be putting together social strategies, working with influencers, creating social content and coming up with innovative ways to get KOHO in front of more eyes. Jumping in to help in whatever way you can.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be building our organic social media strategy from the ground up, including Instagram, X, Tiktok and YouTube
- You’ll be building content calendars and creating short social and video content for KOHO
- You’ll build out robust reporting for ongoing measurement of KOHO’s social channels so that you can constantly optimize for engagement
- You’ll be executing quarterly campaigns to build community and engagement
- You’ll be a core part of the brand team working on full-funnel collaborative campaigns to increase KOHO’s brand awareness.
Who You Are
- You have 4+ years of experience, growing
- You’ll have measurable experience growing social media accounts followers and engagement
- You can create video content for social media
- You have extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- You are excited about joining a fast-growing startup!
At KOHO, we are dedicated to providing pay transparency to all candidates. Compensation at KOHO is determined through various factors including but not limited to: comparable salary market data within Canada, technical skill assessment, a holistic view of previous work history, and internal pay equity with other KOHO team members.
Target Base Salary Range
$90,000 — $120,000 CAD
