Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Marketing Manager who will manage projects and grow relationships with clients while ensuring the success of projects from initiation to closure and oversee the team’s day-to-day activities.

The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for daily/weekly communication with the client, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing project plans and schedules, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

The Assistant Marketing Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Experience in Project Management and managing complex projects
• Experience in Inspection of projects and ensuring they meet quality standards
• Logistics Management skills for managing multiple projects and associated tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA or Marketing preferred
• Schulich School of Business Grads preferred
