This is a dynamic role for an entry-level Marketing Assistant with an opportunity for growth. You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager, assisting in the creation and execution of a wide variety of marketing materials, targeting distributors and customers, and supporting the efforts of the regional sales representatives in our global market.

Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager with project execution by assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Conduct market research and analyze digital trends to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
- Excel in research and copywriting with excellent grammar and story-building techniques
- Compose, update, and maintain online and digital platforms, including but not limited to website, social media accounts, CRM leads system and external sources
- Support logistics of trade shows and events
- Communicate directly with RSMs & Distributors, encouraging trusting relationships
Requirements
- College diploma, ideally in a Marketing or Marketing related program
- Well-organized with excellent communication (verbal & written) and people skills
- Proven ability for research, analysis, fact-finding, and copywriting
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong computer skills including proficient knowledge of graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office,
Hootsuite, Mailchimp & Google Analytics
