En tant que gestionnaire de projet de construction, vous serez responsable d’une variété de mesures, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, le maintien et la mise à jour du calendrier convenu, l’état des ressources du projet (y compris le matériel, la main-d’œuvre, etc.) et les responsabilités liées à l’approvisionnement (telles que les contrats de sous-traitance et les fournisseurs). Vous veillerez à ce que la qualité soit prise en compte tout au long du cycle de vie du projet en mesurant les résultats et en agissant sur les éléments de la liste de contrôle.
Vous apporterez à la famille KONE plus de trois (3) ans d’expertise en gestion de projets de construction et un appétit pour l’apprentissage d’un domaine nouveau et passionnant. Vous utiliserez les connaissances acquises lors de l’obtention de votre baccalauréat ou d’une expérience de travail pertinente de plus de 7 ans.

As our Construction Project Manager, you will own a variety of action items including, but not limited to, maintaining/updating the agreed upon schedule, status of project resources (including material, labor, etc.), and procurement related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors). You would ensure quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle through metrics and acting on punch-list items.
You will bring 3+ years of relevant construction project management expertise to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience.
