Worley Canada Construction is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to work within our People Team in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Provide support to the Recruitment team by assisting with:
- Reference checks
- Interview coordination and support
- Schedule drug and alcohol pre-access testing
- Posting requisitions for vacant positions in the applicant tracking system (Taleo)
- Coordinating Career Fair events and company promotional items
- Send mobilization email information to new candidates with project specific information
- Manage LinkedIn Recruiter access account
- Collect relevant training tickets and qualifications for candidates
- Update internal program tool as required
Coordination of Onboarding Process:
- Generate and issue offer letters, track offer acceptance; follow up as required
- Maintain tracking spreadsheet for new hires, re-hires, transfers and demobilizations
- Communicate first day start logistics to new hires, rehires and transfers
- Organize all details of the orientation, including conducting orientation with new hires
- Upload new hire paperwork to People systems and electronically file
HR Administration Support:
- Provide administrative support to the department as required
- Initiate change of engagement forms, demobilization forms, etc. as necessary for employees and contractors as needed and liaise with applicable site coordinators
- Performance review tracking and reporting
- Employee service Award tracking and reporting
- Various reporting including diversity and inclusion reporting, employee recognition program reporting etc
- Generate project organizational charts as required
- Benefit systems administration
- Formatting, tracking and maintaining personnel resumes for proposal purposes
- Uploading and monitoring tickets to People systems
- Issue employment verification letters
- Generate and communicate all employment related documents for new hires, transfers and rehires
- Electronically file personnel file data in database
- Respond to general inquiries from staff such as benefits, timesheets, and expenses
- Support various HR projects as initiated or assigned
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 year administrative experience
- Experience supporting HR functions in an organization is an asset
- Certificate, diploma or degree accreditation in Human Resources is also an asset
- General knowledge of Human Resources functions and programs
- Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards
- Competency in MS Office suite of tools
- Industrial construction specific experience would be an asset
