· We have an immediate opening for a Lead Project Planner / Scheduler in the Montreal, QC area to support ongoing and future project work. The successful candidate will be able to take on a client-facing role as a technical lead and subject-matter expert.
We’re looking for a Lead Project Planner / Scheduler who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects at some of the world’s most state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging scheduling tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, and budget,.
You will work in a multi-discipline, highly interactive team.
Responsabilities include:
Lead Project Schedule – Concept, Basic & Detailed Design for multiple buildings
Chair and run Interactive Planning and coordination meetings.
Manage and interface with Sub-Contractors
Establish and run an earned value progress reporting system.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Avoir au moins 10 ans d’expérience en tant que planificateur

Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
Expérience avec le calendrier de révision du modèle, expérience en 4D BIM et Revisto sont un avantage
Bonne compréhension des livrables de conception et d’approvisionnement, ainsi que des activités de mobilisation des sous-traitants.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience is required
Strong Advanced Facilities / Pharmaceutical / Nuclear background
Proven experience of leading a team of planners / working with a team
Strong technical knowledge – ability to read and understand engineering deliverables and drawings
Good understanding of the wider project controls functions and contracting interfacing (Tender milestones / Contract milestones / Extension of time evaluations).
Excellent computer skills including Resource loaded Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite.
Previous experience of working within a multi user P6 environment
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Experience of Model Review Schedule environment, 4D BIM & Revisto experience an advantage but not necessary
Good understanding of design and procurement deliverables and sub-contract mobilisation activities.
