Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with sales team members and sales managers to achieve overall dealership objectives.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Bilingual skills (English and [language]).
