The Technology Client Support Services team is looking for a dedicated IT Analyst I to provide queue management and guidance for the Technology and Related Service Requests (TRSR) team. This role represents an escalation point for the team, clients, and other service delivery teams and is responsible for addressing tickets and issues related to technology requests on a day-to-day basis as well as the equitable distribution of work across the team. Continual service improvement and collaboration within the Technology Client Support Services team and other request stakeholders is a focus that will optimize and automate processes and technologies leading to opportunities for creativity and personal growth.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Customer Service is the most important aspect of this role. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and operate professionally under pressure. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prosci Change Management Certification. ITIL Foundations Certification. Preference will be given to candidates with 2+ years of previous team lead/queue monitoring experience, conflict resolution experience and a strong problem solving background. Experience with Ivanti, Service Now and AMC is also preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a definite asset.
