Your new role
As an Account Representative, you will work with automotive collision repair shop customers to grow their market share.
- Execute the business strategy and drive sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility. We are looking for a solid ‘hunter’!
- Increase sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, leading generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services.
- Manage existing relationships and develop new ones.
- Establish trust and value in our ever-changing industry.
What you will Need
- Professional sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills.
- 5+ years of Automotive Refinish industry sales experience and customer relation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
