Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth running of the locum services. The Operations Manager will also be involved in managing human resources, coordinating with healthcare facilities, and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- Experience managing operations in a healthcare environment
- Experience in allied health services management required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field an asset
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations is a plus
- Must be based in Canada
