Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Salesperson. The Car Salesperson will be responsible for individual and team sales goals, client satisfaction, customer retention, and automotive sales. The Car Salesperson will be expected to excel in customer communication to ensure maximum satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in selling cars, a strong background in automotive knowledge, and is seeking a full-time opportunity.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer satisfaction and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in automotive sales and customer retention
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage customer satisfaction and retention through strong relationships with customers
- Professional work ethics and high standards of customer service
- Negotiate deals with customers
- 100 Calls a day
- Experienced with a CRM database
- Never misrepresenting company guidelines and policy
- Overcome customers’ objections and understand the situation
- Judgment and decision-making skills the ability to consider the correct path for the customer
- Efficient Knowledge of using word, excel, emails, and the internet
- Class 5 is needed
- Strong mindset to have the ability to make 200K a year
