Experis Canada Looking for Training Coordinator at Greater Toronto Area, Canada Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Create a template for conducting an audit of all the training materials created under IT.
  • Sort the training materials, which include the QRGs, e-learning course, videos.
  • Draft communication for the upcoming downtime: Workday, SAP/BI, and other planned and unplanned downtime requests.
  • Coordinate translation requests as needed.
  • Issue communications to the designated distribution lists.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to distribution lists.
  • Work with SMEs to gather and create QRGs.
  • Send out the QRGs to stakeholders and review and feedback.
