Neovation Learning Solutions Looking for Internal Learning & Development Specialist at Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Full Time

The Role

In this role you will support the organization by creating and implementing comprehensive internal training for various roles throughout our organization. In addition, you will be responsible for creating eLearning courses that can be sold to external clients.

One exciting opportunity this role provides is the opportunity to show off your creative writing muscles! Part of this role will include creating L&D content for the Learning Hub on our website.

Overall, we’re seeking someone who isn’t afraid to try something new and innovative, and who is passionate about supporting Neovites excel in their roles, and in supporting the overall business in shaking up the L&D industry.

The Right Candidate

• You possess previous experience working in the L&D training space, and have knowledge of basic adult learning theories/principles
• You like writing… a lot
• You like talking to people… a lot
• You consider yourself tech savvy and are not intimidated by trying new technology/software
• You have at least some familiarity with eLearning and eLearning software
• You are able to quickly and clearly communicate in English, both verbally and written
• You are self-driven, can work independently with minimal supervision, and are confident enough to reach out for support and help when needed
• You are legally entitled to work in Canada
