THE POSITION
In support of a high-growth mandate, we’re hiring for part-time Lab and Referral Operations Coordinators to join our dynamic and highly engaged Customer Support Operations team. You’ll have the opportunity to personally impact the future of healthcare by providing administrative support to our clinician network to ensure that patients receive accurate and timely lab work results.
In this position, you’ll be the first point of contact to assign incoming lab-related documents and faxes to our clinician network for review in accordance with Maple’s policies and procedures, including privacy and information security requirements. Day-to-day admin duties include scanning and uploading mailed documents into the Maple platform, notifying patients of upcoming lab work appointments, verifying fax information, confirming demographic patient information, and more.
Critical to success in this role will be your computer proficiency, time management, and organizational skills, coupled with a strong eye for detail and passion for process. You thrive in a well-structured environment that’s fast-paced, highly supportive, and collaborative.
Note: This is an administrative role. Medical or clinical experience/training is considered an asset but is not required. Additionally, this is not a lab-based position; we are a virtual platform connecting patients to doctors, your focus will be on providing back-end administrative support to our clinician network.
