We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Content Coordinator to join our marketing team. The candidate must be client focused, self-motivated, digitally-savvy and results-driven. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling digital marketing materials tailored to various clients. This role involves a blend of creativity and technical skills, aimed at enhancing our clients’ brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging marketing graphics that align with each client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create and manage social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics monitoring, to increase engagement and reach.
• Develop and distribute electronic newsletters, ensuring content is informative, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to conceptualize and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools, applying best practices to all content creation and distribution.
• Utilize Canva and Microsoft 365 to create high-quality digital content efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and content exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital content creation, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in creating marketing graphics, social media content, and electronic newsletters.
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft 365, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage communications with multiple clients.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
