Role Summary

As a Content Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our online presence and facilitating engaging webinar events. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around two key areas{{:}} Social Media Management and Webinar Coordination. In the realm of social media, you’ll be tasked with crafting compelling posts aligned with our brand voice, interacting with our online community, and collaborating with the design team to ensure visually appealing content. On the webinar front, you’ll handle everything from setting up Asana projects to running live events, including tech rehearsals and post-event tasks like writing nurture emails and coordinating social media content with speakers.

You will also be supporting the production of various long-form content pieces and facilitating the creation of a bi-weekly newsletter. This will involve liaising with subject matter experts, coordinating with creative teams for imagery and design reviews, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the content production process. Moreover, you’ll be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of our content engine, providing valuable insights through monthly reports to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

This multifaceted role will not only drive our online presence but also contribute significantly to enhancing our content strategy and audience engagement initiatives. Your knack for organization, effective communication skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be essential for success in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

Content Marketing Coordination responsibilities are primarily focused on our online presence, including{{:}}

Social Media

• Schedule and publish engaging social media posts across various platforms 
• Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages 
• Coordinate with on-call resources to ensure timely and effective group engagement 
• Manage and maintain our content calendar 
• Write compelling social media copy that aligns with our brand voice 
• Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing content 
• Provide weekly check-ins and reports on social media performance 
• Manage Editorial Planning and Content Creation Workflow 

 Webinar 

• Set up and manage Asana projects, folders, and briefs for each new webinar 
• Schedule and coordinate tech walk-throughs and dress rehearsals with presenters 
• Write promotional email and social media copy for webinar events 
• Provide support during dress rehearsals and tech walk-throughs 
• Prepare slide PDFs, update resources and handouts, and verify event settings prior to the webinar 
• Run the webinar, providing chat and Q&A support during the event 
• Coordinate post-event social media content with speakers 
• Create and schedule follow-up emails 
• Provide onboarding support for regional markets as needed 

Additional Content Coordination 

• Provide process support to facilitate the timely production and review of long form content like blogs and webpages including facilitating SME review requests and feedback, connecting with creative for imagery and design reviews, working with operations to launch and track new content 
• Support the production of a bi-weekly email newsletter by writing content, collecting images and resources, collaborating with operations for creation in HubSpot 
• Report and track the effectiveness of Prosci’s content engine with a monthly report to identify performance and opportunities for improvement 

Requirements

Candidate Profile

Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies{{:}}

• 1-2 years of experience in content marketing
• Understanding of content marketing principles
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation 
• Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) 
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Degree or Certification or Diploma in relative field (Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations)
