The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS).
Position Summary
The Smart Hospital Project aims to revolutionize healthcare in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and beyond. We are harnessing the power of innovative wireless technology, artificial intelligence, and machine learning tools to improve vital sign and respiratory monitoring by developing and testing wireless technologies, as well as innovating and streamlining the retrieval, processing and visualization of data collected at the bedside. The Administrative Assistant will join the Smart Hospital Team and report to the Principal Investigator under the supervision of the Project Director.
General Duties
The Administrative Assistant Will Provide Comprehensive Administrative Support To The Smart Hospital Project Team To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Smart Hospital Project Research Program. Key Areas Of Responsibility Are As Follows

Additional Information
Status: Temporary, full time (35-hour workweek)
Pay Scale: Commensurate with education and experience / $39,548.60 – $59,332.00.
Work Shift: Monday to Friday
