Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Senior Estimator at Team Construction Inc located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for tasks such as Construction Estimating, Quantity Take-offs, Cost Management, Budgeting, and Communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
- Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in the Construction industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or diplomas in Construction or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience at Canadian GC.
Salary range 100,000 to 140,000
