DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, monitor, and activate study applications
Prepare meeting documentation, manage filing systems, and maintain office inventory
Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
Independently manage intensive calendar coordination for multiple Executives; leveraging an understanding of organizational and individual priorities and needs
Responsible for verifying their hours worked and notifying the department that their time is ready for approval.
Perform other general office support and activities, such as processing standards and electronic mail.
Coordinates and prioritizes administrative and clerical projects interspersed with the day-to-day activities and operations of the department.
