About the opportunity:
The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Total Rewards function by maintaining employee data and data integrity in various HR systems. This position as required may also support the Total Rewards function with ongoing administration in policies, programs and processes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain personnel data in various HR systems which includes maintaining system tables and uploading or entering data for employee transactions such as new hires, transfers, pay increases, and terminations.
2. Ensure data integrity in the systems by performing regular audits and communicating with Payroll department.
3. Following up with Human Resources stakeholders with queries about employee data to ensure all data inputted into HRIS is accurate and correct.
4. Support the HRIS manager with other systems activities as defined such as running the interface, generating reports and responding to employee queries with excellent customer service.
5. Support the Total Rewards function team with administration of various program and policy administration such as but not limited to tracking costs, invoices, answering employee inquiries, and preparing communications.
