- Effectively and efficiently communicate and manage clients
- Plan and oversee engagements
- Develop and implement client service plans for complex engagements while working closely with the partners to exceed our clients’ expectations and mitigate business risks associated with projects
Requirements:
- Must have a Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA)
- Must have knowledge of relevant tax laws
- Ability to manage multiple clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a demanding workload with multiple deadlines
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop team members
- Proficient in QuickBooks, CaseWare, Profile, TaxCycle, Jazzit, and Microsoft Office
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior team member in Public Practice
Required Skills:
- Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, CaseWare, Profile, TaxCycle, Jazzit, and Microsoft Office.
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional in Public Practice (CPA Firm).
- Asset: fluency in Hindi or Punjabi.
- Experience with compilation engagements and tax returns (T1/T2), including reviewing compilation engagements, managing clients, and communication with them.
