As part of the Drive Restaurants Strategy & Operations team, the Associate will have the opportunity to help define, test and scale Drive’s most profitable bets.
About The Role
As an Associate for DoorDash Drive’s Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success. Your key value will come from being an expert across our broad set of tools and services that enable merchants to build and grow their ecommerce business: from seamless access to our extensive Dasher logistics, to out-of-the-box online ordering software, and Storefront. Particularly in our Canadian operations, a small but mighty team is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategies to acquire new restaurant partners and help them grow once they are on our platform. You will be the centerpiece of the team executing those strategies and will be responsible for hitting KPIs alongside cross-functional teams.
On a typical day, you may work with team members to design experiments that improve quality and catering delivery operations, address issues that enable our and our merchants’ processes run efficiently, or dive into data to explain performance at the lowest level of detail and make sure we never stop growing. The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch, and drive execution while obtaining cross-functional buy-in to achieve DoorDash Drive’s strategic goals.
You will report into a Director in our Drive Restaurants Strategy & Operations organization.
