The Public Policy team at Netflix engages with policymakers, regulators, and government bodies in order to advocate for Netflix’s interests in the policymaking process, and acts as a strategic partner to internal business groups as they navigate the policy world.

The role is dedicated to Canada within the UCAN Policy team and reports to the Director, Public Policy, Canada. The role is based in Toronto, Canada but entails travel to Netflix offices in Washington D.C., Los Angeles and New York, and other locations as needed.
As part of this team, the Coordinator will be immersed in the unique content for which Netflix is known and support advocacy on all matters related to content creation, production, and delivery. The Coordinator will implement and strategize ways to boost the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team, be responsible for magnifying communications internally, help execute ongoing projects, and act as a point of contact for other internal teams and external stakeholders about the status of projects, progress updates, and team priorities and needs.
We are looking for someone who is focused on developing solutions, able to juggle a high volume of requests and can communicate effectively across audiences, thinks creatively, is highly organized, and is eager to learn.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000 – $350,000.
