Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Fleet Maintenance Manager located in North York, ON. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance tasks, including fleet maintenance, preventive maintenance, and fleet maintenance management. They will also be responsible for fleet maintenance and repair work as needed.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills
- Experience in Fleet Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong understanding of Maintenance Management
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair work
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the towing or transportation industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance or related fields are beneficial
