Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position as an Experienced Assistant Service Manager at Park Mazda in Sherwood Park, AB. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations in our service center. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Service Manager with daily operations, managing customer inquiries and concerns, coordinating service appointments, and supervising the service team. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, promoting exceptional service delivery, and upholding the reputation of Park Mazda.

Salary
$72,000 base, plus up to $12,000 in CSI Bonus, and up to $23,940 in Customer Pay Hours Per RO Bonus.
