Business Controller – Precision Manufacturing
Our client is a global high-precision manufacturer seeking a Business Controller to lead and cultivate a results-focused accounting and finance organization in partnership with the Country President. You will bring a hands-on, detail-focused approach, mandated with implementing a foundation of best practices, controls and process while taking initiatives to maximize efficiency across the organization from the production floor to the corporate office.
This position requires a background in complex engineered manufacturing and in-depth experience with working capital and inventory analysis. The Business Controller will have a strong technical background in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting and costing. This is a strategic position which will work in tandem with the Country President to lead the finance and accounting group and the organization as a whole through a period of transformation including re-shaping IT reporting and taking decision-support/business intelligence and analytics to a higher level for the enterprise.
