We are recruiting general laborers for our Food Production client in Concord, Vaughan.

Shift Timing–

Day shift (starts 6-8 am till 2:30-4:30 pm)

Afternoon shift (starts 2:30-5:00pm till 11-2am)

Shift days–

Monday to Friday

Saturday to Tuesday Plus shift premium

Thursday to Sunday plus shift premium

Pay rate– $14.75 per hour

Location- Concord, Vaughan

Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks on different production lines, as required
• Great hand eye co-ordination
• Fast-paced environment- must be able to keep up with production line
• Perform all related tasks requested by your immediate supervisor
• Ensure products are up to company standards
• General housekeeping duties
• Comply with all applicable legislative and other food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (6o to 8o c)
• Exposure to flour, milk, starch, meat, poultry, seafood etc.
• Candidates must be comfortable doing heavy lifting
• Regular lifting, bending, and standing is required
• Able to work on your feet doing some repetitive tasks
• Able to handle extended periods of static tasks with alertness and multitask
• Good communications skills and able to follow instructions
