Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Butterfield Development Consultants Ltd. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working in a Project Monitoring role, liaising with Lenders and Developers and over-seeing a team to assist in monthly work.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
  • Experience in cost reporting
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Relevant certifications or professional qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying
