This growth has them in need of a Project Supervisor to assist in managing various projects within the Ontario Market.

The Opportunity
The Project Supervisor is a rare opportunity for a professional who is tired of the same routine, working for big companies who fail to value the work put in to make projects successful. This is an opportunity for an individual who has a depth of experience on various construction job sites; managing the team, the equipment and all the planning and budgetary aspects of the project. Part Site Supervisor, part Project Manager, this unique role will have you wearing many hats and leave you with an incredible sense of accomplishment.
Position Description
The Project Supervisor is a key player in both the planning and execution of every project assigned within the Ontario market. Reporting directly to the Canadian Operations Manager, the Project Supervisor will be involved in every aspect from planning, to scheduling; building client relations, to managing the teams on-site. This role is not only meant to foster your professional growth, by furthering your knowledge of cellular concrete applications and complex construction project management; but also, give you the freedom to make every day a new adventure, whether it be growing the business, solving complex infrastructure issues, or delivering projects on time and under budget.
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management for infrastructure projects
- Direct experience with concrete – knowledge of cellular concrete considered an asset
- Experience working and maintaining heavy construction machinery
Qualifications
- An educational background in Civil, Construction or Mining Engineering
- PMP certification, or other relevant certifications an asset
- Strong knowledge of provincial safety regulations and willingness to coach team to adhere to company safety protocols
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Ability to travel, mainly throughout Ontario but occasionally to projects across Canada
- Class DZ driver’s license or ability to obtain
Education
An educational background in Civil, Construction or Mining Engineering.
