Role 1: Mechanical Piping Specialist
Your expertise in mechanical piping will be essential for ensuring project success, safety compliance, and effective collaboration with the project team.
Requirements:
Specialized experience in mechanical piping within construction projects.
Familiarity with contracts, scopes of work, and environmental health and safety protocols.
Knowledge of change management, safe work procedures, and working around water.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of on-site mechanical piping activities during high-risk phases of projects.
Ensure adherence to safety requirements and protocols.
Pre-mobilization planning and coordination.
Health and safety documentation and preparation.
Daily and weekly communication with the project team and Project Manager.
Budget and schedule updates.
Post-construction support, including project debrief and lessons learned.

About the Role:
As a Construction Project Manager/Inspector of Works, you will play a vital role in coordinating activities related to contractual construction and connection works. Your responsibilities will include participating in feasibility analysis, prioritizing tasks, and assessing constraints associated with various contractual works. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to plan works according to operational implications and provide assistance to contractors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities related to contractual construction and connection works.
Participate in feasibility analysis, prioritization, and constraint assessment of different contractual works.
Assist in planning works based on operational implications and coordinate assistance to contractors with internal stakeholders.
Conduct various checks during the execution of works to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Validate the status of works to recommend provisional and final acceptances.
Analyze ongoing construction issues and participate in determining appropriate solutions to minimize impacts.
Analyze progressive estimates from contractors and validate the status of works for payment recommendations.
Coordinate the completion of minor works.
Ensure compliance with mandates and make corrections when necessary.
Validate the status of works to recommend payment request acceptances.
Perform any other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in construction project management or inspection of works.
Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
