Megalomaniac Wine is entering our 2nd season of Megalomaniac FOOD+DRINK and looking to add to our team. We have beautiful views, incredible food, and delicious wines right here in the Niagara Peninsula! We are on the hunt for positive, hospitality driven, team orientated individuals who thrive on serving others and making the guest experience exceptional! As an experienced server, you know how fun and exciting it is to work in a busy restaurant, at Megalomaniac, we will give you the opportunity to make great money, serve great food and wine and make some life-long friends!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Take customer food and drinks order with accuracy and a focus on great attitude.
Exhibit serving essentials and ensuring all orders are accurate and brought to the table in a timely manner with the focus on Guest satisfaction, while supporting your fellow team members along the way.
Suggest appetizers, wines and meals to guests based on menus and specials and enhance Guest experience.
Work closely with restaurant management to immediately and graciously address customer concerns and create and amazing dining experience for the Guest.
Confirm orders with chefs and bartenders whenever clarification is requested.
Assist with setting tables and arranging tables to accommodate Guest reservations and help maintain a clean and organized restaurant.
Exhibit serving essentials.
Adhere to all COVID protocols with regards to serving guests as required and set by Management.
Qualifications:
3 Years minimum experience in a serving role.
Knowledge of wine and food.
Team oriented.
Guest focused.
Energetic and positive, thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.
Smart Serve Certified.
