Step into a dynamic 6-month role as a Estates Surveyor with a distinguished Local Authority client in Essex.

Key Responsibilities

Navigate landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, and new lettings.

Lead general estates management initiatives and actively participate in asset management tasks and general queries.

It is general Landlord and Tenant work (Rent reviews, Lease renewal, assignments, Landlord consent etc),

The Portfolio Is a Commercial Portfolio.Qualifications

MRICS qualification preferred but not necessaryExperience:

Proven experience in Estates Management is essential, preferably within a Local Authority context.Work Arrangement:
