The Assistant Site Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Site Supervisor in managing the day-to-dav operations of ICI construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project planning.

• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Maintaining safety standards and ensuring project deadlines are met.

• Overseeing site activities.

• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.

• Report any deviations from the project plan to the Site Supervisor.

• Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and progress reports.

• Assist in the preparation of site documentation and ensure it is up to date.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience within the construction industry focused on Industrial, Commercial, Retail or Institutional projects.

• Comprehend construction methods and regulations.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
