Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Superintendent located in Concord, ON. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, coordinating trades and contractors, maintaining organization on the construction site, and managing project budgets and timelines.

  • Construction Safety and adherence to safety protocols
  • Budgeting and cost management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience in construction management or related field
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Certifications in construction management or related field (e.g., PMP) are a plus
