Customer Service Representative
Currently we are seeking an individual with 2+ years of experience in Customer Service to assume a busy territory.
Job Description and Qualifications:
Provide telephone support to our customers and outside sales representative regarding order status, order issues, inventory, and product knowledge.
- Must have an excellent command of the English language both written and oral. French is an asset, salary to be negotiable.
- Receive orders from customers – (on-line ordering system, emails etc.)
- Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.
- Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items.
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
- Fill requests for catalogs, information, or samples
- Excellent computer skills proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to work within a team environment and independently.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Interface well with those around you.
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to up sell or substitute product where necessary.
- Take direction well and at the same time demonstrate initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.00 per hour

Employees are required to wear a mask except while at their desk. All customer are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup is available. Surfaces are sanitized regularly.

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 years (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
