Are you a customer service orientated individual with a keen eye for detail? Do you have a background in new home construction knowledge and procedures? If so, then this could be for the perfect opportunity for you.
Top Level Home Inspections is an established business in Calgary, Alberta that has been in business for nearly 16 years having worked with some of Western Canada’s most prominent purpose-built developers, new home builders and renovators.
Skills & Experience: Previous knowledge in the home construction industry is required. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and their own reliable vehicle. Must have experience with utilizing software programs on tablets and smart devices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Thoroughly inspect new construction homes and document deficiencies on applicable software programs
– Complete new homeowner Pre-Delivery Orientations/Inspections and Possession Walkthroughs with purchasers or investors
– Communicate with new homeowners and realtors in an effective and experienced customer service based manner
– Follow The Construction Performance Guideline for New Home Warranty in Alberta on all inspections completed and be knowledgeable with all up-to-date building codes and guidelines

Schedule:
– Monday to Friday weekday work only (contract basis)
Pay Rate:
– Comprehensive wages paid on an hourly or per unit basis depending on the project and services being provided.
– Average rate is $100 per inspection completed
