We are seeking a motivated and experienced Parts & Service Automotive Advisor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Consult with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, providing accurate estimates and timelines.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and communicate updates to customers.
  • Manage and maintain parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing parts.
  • Process customer orders, including identifying and sourcing the correct parts, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and services provided.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers on parts and service options.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and sales strategies to increase parts and service sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a parts advisor, service advisor, or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software related to automotive service and parts management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed

Salary:

$40,000 – $70,000
