We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Vocational Program Manager to provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to the vocational team and oversees resource management within their assigned program. The Manager is responsible for creating a safe, positive, and therapeutic vocational environment. The Manager ensures policies, procedures, and agency standards are being met.
The Manager leads the vocation team within a cross-functional, multidisciplinary, integrated, and collaborative model of treatment. The Manager is responsible for integrating the vocational program with other agency programs as well as the community. The Manager sets the direction for the program and creates a climate of learning and personal development that benefits both participants and staff.

Additional Requirements
The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.
Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.
Salary range: 76,752 to 99,216 Annually.
