Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part Time Clerk/Cashier (2 Positions) at our Food Store location in Kinistino, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to Food Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
• Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
• Serve guests, pack groceries, stock and face shelves, perform general housekeeping duties
• Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO
• Ensure the store is clean, safe and in order
• Perform ordering, receiving and end of day duties and paperwork
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service:
• You are 19 years of age or older customer service experience is an asset
• You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of productions, with a minimum amount of supervision
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
• You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
• You have the ability to lift and load products – extensive physical labour is required
• You must be willing to obtain a Serve It Right certification
• You have a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
