We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that solve important problems and delight customers. You will enter a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
As a Product Manager, you will lead the research and documentation of use cases, business requirements, workflows, and user personas for new product features, build and maintain a prioritized feature roadmap, define epics and user stories to drive product development, provide support to the Engineering, Customer Experience, and Revenue teams, and lead demonstrations and reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
As a key member of our product team, you will develop subject matter expertise spanning our entire suite of solutions from food service supply chain, dynamic resident data management, and culinary operations with point of sale. This knowledge will provide a foundation to support your creative work as you design systems and user experiences that simplify workflows, improve communications, and optimize operations for our growing customer base. You will regularly lead planning and review sessions with developers, designers, and a wide range of internal stakeholders, and interact directly with our partners and customers.
