The salary range for this position is CAD $45.46 – $65.35 / hour

Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families:
The Client Partner, Work Design & Compensation is responsible for providing consultation on compensation/work design issues including organization redesigns and related short and long term impacts. Provides advice regarding the consistent application and interpretation of various collective agreements. Approves resolves to classification grievances on behalf of Fraser Health by negotiating with provincial union representatives, provides advice to clients regarding grievance resolutions and identifies associated costs. Develops and evaluates excluded jobs for Fraser Health. Represents Fraser Health on industry committees related to compensation/work design.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree plus courses in Human Resources Management, or a related field plus five (5) to seven (7) years’ recent, related experience in human resources that includes job classification experience within a unionized environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
