Ontario Pension Board (OPB) has an excellent opportunity for a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Office Services Clerk – Mail & Printing, committed to delivering strong customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced mailroom environment. Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, you’ll provide a variety of Mailroom & Printing services to accurately process all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving, preparing, and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring service expectations are consistently met
• Processing outgoing Client Services letters and correspondence related to a variety of workflows
• Maintaining accurate records related to mailroom activities
• Printing and assembling various client information packages
• Coordinating and assembling mass mailing
• Providing administrative support within service support and providing occasional back-up support to Reception and Client Services
Key Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Canadian postal procedures, rates, mailroom procedures and operations.
• Sound knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures, record keeping, client indexing and directory structure with demonstrated ability to maintain confidential records.
• Proficiency with computer operating systems/databases (e.g. Microsoft Office), ability to operate computer based electronic content management and workflow system to accurately enter/input data, print and process correspondence.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize work assignments independently with minimal supervision to complete work within established timelines.
• Knowledge and ability to operate automated letter folding and sealing machine, electronic weighing scale, postal meter machines, document imaging, high-speed multi-function copier, and printer.
