One of our clients in the Kanata area are looking for a Product Specialist to join their team. As a Product Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional support to our users. Collaborating closely with engineers and technicians, you’ll proactively monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with internal management and technical teams. In addition, you will produce clear technical documentation, which includes user manuals, release notes, project plans, and support documentation. Your ability to transform technical concepts into accessible, straightforward, and user-friendly content is crucial.
Tasks:
· Help solve operational problems.
· Monitor the function of software releases and assign alerts to the appropriate team members.
· Act as a front-line warrior in the identification of alerts and follow up on tickets in over 6000 US stores.
· Act in both pro-active and reactive manner to assess issues and create ad hoc solutions.
· Decipher problems and translate them into straightforward, polished, engagingly communicated solutions.
· Lead meetings and train others on problems and resolutions.
· Gain a deep understanding of products and services while documenting process steps to help engineers debug the problem and to create documentation.
· Develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
· Assess of making use of AI tools for client support.
