Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor at Sunrise Group Canada Inc. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for daily site supervision, communication with team members and stakeholders, inspection of construction activities, ensuring construction safety practices, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. The role involves managing and supervising multiple construction projects within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Site Supervision, and Communication
- Experience in construction inspection and ensuring construction safety
- Knowledge of construction codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with construction project management software is a plus
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management are preferred
