Build Recruitment Inc – Follow Us Looking for Construction Supervisor at Greater Toronto Area, Canada Full Time

The Site Supervisor will monitor the day to day on site responsibilities for Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Retail or Civil projects throughout the GTA.

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily and weekly reports of the ongoing progress of the project from start to finish.

• Oversee all construction processes fr ground up to finishing stage.

• Update and create project schedules with all workers and trades for onsite delivery of materials.

• Read and review all issued drawings and specifications.

• Schedule trades and follow up to ensure compliance of tasks assigned.

• Maintain strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3- 8 years of experience with Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Restaurants or Institutional projects as an on site supervisor.

• Must have the expertise of reading and understanding drawings.

• Trades certifications or diploma in Construction are an asset.

• Proven ability to professionally communicate with stakeholders and upper management regarding the status of the projects.
