Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Superintendent to join our team for projects across the United States, primarily in the Mid-West, Texas, and Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in retail and office space construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects on-site.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Site Supervisor.
• Extensive experience in retail and office space construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the US, with a focus on the Mid-West, Texas, and Florida.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
