Description Qualified candidates should be self-driven and organized accounting professionals capable of thrives under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in this Bookkeeper role. Our client is searching for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their company. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will control payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, and full cycle A/P. Your responsibilities in this role
- Provide cash flow projections, as needed
- Mark budget transfers
- Knowledgeable with Accounts Receivable
- Work on special projects occasionally
- Supervise monthly accounting close
- Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation
- Catalog sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Formulate monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
- Bank reconciliations experience highly desired
- Command of Accounting Functions
- Deep understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
- General familiarity with in-house payroll
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial statement preparation
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- Accounting Software Systems experience desired
- Adeptness in Billing Functions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- 5+ years of related experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
- Relevant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
- Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
- Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
