We invite applications for the positions of Full-Time Deli Supervisor to join our team at our Riverside Food Store located in St. Albert, AB. Open availability is required.

What you’ll do:
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
– Responsible for the general merchandise of the department and the care and safe use of any tools or equipment required
– Supporting the Deli Manager with all tasks and duties, processing daily payables, operating the Point-of-Sale system (when required), completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
– Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
– You have a minimum of 3 years Retail Deli experience
– You have previous Retail Supervisory experience
– You have exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
– You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
– You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
