Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer service
and sales, managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering
positive relationships with customers and healthcare providers.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
At least 1 year of managerial experience
Canadian Experience Required, Ontario Experience Preferred
Previous experience managing a pharmacy or healthcare environment
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of dispensing systems and pharmacy operations in adherence to federal and
provincial regulations
Proven expertise in inventory and financial management
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or equivalent experience
Licensed pharmacist in Ontario with an unrestricted license
Familiarity with McKesson and Kroll Pharmacy Software preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
